Arrival and Orientation

Orientation begins shortly after your arrival on the Loyola flight (Continental 40, in the fall arriving Friday, August 27 at 7.45am, in the spring arriving Friday, January 7 at 7.45am). We will meet you at the airport and take you in a private bus into Rome. We will unload your luggage at the CUA Rome campus. You will then take a small bag with what you need for the first two nights and walk with us over to the hotel (15 minute walk). After check in, we will depart the hotel for a short tour of the neighborhood.

You will be staying in a hotel near the school, before moving to your host family home on the Sunday after you arrive. Orientation will be held in the city of Rome and at the CUA campus.
